Removal of my suggestion
[edit]I would like your opinion about the notion that I was "spamming" you by leaving you a message on your Talk page (which was, in turn, deleted by another user who determined it to be spam). Please comment, if you'd like, under my question for the folks at WikiProject Spam. Seems to me that they're going a bit too far censoring Wikipedia users from even TALKING to each other on a Talk page, if there's an external link involved. Was I helpful to you at all, or merely an annoyance? --JossBuckle Swami 17:37, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- Jane, since you asked, I was talking about this edit. However, if you're still new to Wikipedia, it's probably better that you don't become embroiled in this debate. It's a lost cause, anyway. Sometimes I fell that Wikipedia's admins are more interested in butting in and censoring dialogue between two people than in building an encyclopedia. --JossBuckle Swami 22:10, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Dayzero poster.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Dayzero poster.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:38, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Jane 21: Your arguing with a freaking Wikipedia Robot - an automoton that operates acoss Wikiworld without any common sense, just a set of rules - but get awarded for it. Just think of it as a Cylon or one of Stephen ing's Tommuknockers. Sigh! But the Day Zero poster that's been put on robby-the-robot warnings is not the official one anymore - so we wait until its zapped and we put up the rational, logical one. (in a momotone) THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Clank. Squeak. Oil can, please. eLIJahPATROL [[user:edwpat|edwpat] —Preceding comment was added at 23:41, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The Passenger (2007 film) listed at Redirects for discussion
[edit]An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect The Passenger (2007 film). Since you had some involvement with the The Passenger (2007 film) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. -- Tavix (talk) 04:28, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
