As reviewing administrator, with long experience with this type of article, I made some detailed comments at the AfC page. I apologize for the rather incomplete help you have been receiving so far, but the true problem with the article is the promotionalism. Wikipedia may not be used to promote a cause, no matter how worthy. The present article is unfixable, and I do not not see how it would be possible to write an acceptable one without much better references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party reliable sources, that are not press releases, or material derived from press releases. I think it is necessary to remind you to review WP:COI, If you continue to try to introduce this radically unacceptable article, you are likely to be blocked as a promotional only editor.
