Hi.
Speedy deletion nomination of Fluency Translation
[edit]A tag has been placed on Fluency Translation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. FishBarking? 18:26, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
Writing an article that sticks
[edit]Hey there! Saw the notice on my talk page so here to help! The reason that the article which you wrote keeps getting deleted so quickly is because it falls afoul of two of our speedy deletion criteria, most notably A7 and G11. Whilst no one is accusing you of deliberately writing articles this way (around these parts we try our best to assume good faith, however, articles in these tones are not appropriate for mainspace.
I would suggest that you re-write the article in your userspace or use the Article Wizard, both of which will give you time to review the rules and learn more about the standards we set for our articles.
The basics are:
- Your article must be neutral, and written in language which reflects this
- Your article must contain reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject which can be used to verify the claims made in the article
We encourage you to be bold!, and don't get disheartened if you find a stumbling block. Ask questions and people will be more than happy to answer.
Good luck and happy editing! PanydThe muffin is not subtle 19:09, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
