Cities with special status
[edit]Hello, on the administrative divisions of Ukraine you added the sentence "which allows it to form its own administrative council." to the section about cities with special status. Without any citations or sourcing, what exactly does this mean and how does it differ from the a how the council of a hromada is formed? If you could provide a link to the constitution or law that describes this status, I'd be interested to see it. --Criticalthinker (talk) 09:18, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
- Without any kind of citation, the change will have to be reverted. We can't just add stuff "from memory," unfortunately. If you can find an article or law saying this online, that would be great. --Criticalthinker (talk) 04:52, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
