This is not an autoblock. It is an IP for an educational institution that has been blocked due to persistent vandalism. I thought that I could edit, but I apparently need IP block exemption. Therefore, someone needs to help me there. Thanks.

Come on! I am trying to make an account in memory of our beloved Jeffpw. It is only fair that we have someone make sure that his legacy lives on because we loved him so much.
