Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Rezendeevil, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 09:17, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
Sorry. I'll do better after reading the tutorials. Jaconsurto (talk) 09:23, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Brian Kenny (sportscaster). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 09:29, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hello @Materialscientist:, the information about Brian Kenny (sportscaster) wife is already cited under personal life. I didn't add any unsourced info. Same with my edits at Rezendeevil i added citations there as well. Jaconsurto (talk) 09:32, 7 September 2021 (UTC)

Adding archiving settings to talk pages
Hi! First of all, welcome to Wikipedia, I hope you have a good time here! I've noticed you recently added some archiving settings to a few talk pages. Thank you for your contributions, but I have a few requests. First, please make sure that in the |archive=
parameter, there's no line break between the name of the page and the "/Archive" part, as you had here. Second, you've been adding {{Auto archiving notice}}, which is currently being phased out. If the talk page you're editing already has {{Talk header}}, you can just add the parameters from the archiving notice (bot, age, units) there. You won't see anything change until the first archive has been created, but then there'll be a tooltip giving that information (see for example on Template talk:Talk header, to the right of the "Archives: Index, 1, 2, ..."). If the talk page you're editing doesn't have {{Talk header}}, you can just add {{Archives}} instead. It will give the same information as {{Auto archiving notice}}, but also automatically link to any archives.
Lastly, it's not always necessary to add archiving settings. For example, Talk:Jesuit College in Polotsk only has one post from a bot from 2017, and has never actually had any discussion between editors. In such cases, archiving isn't really necessary.
Thanks for your contributions! If you have any questions, my talk page is always open, or feel free to visit the Teahouse! --rchard2scout (talk) 11:04, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
Recent edits to Cr1TiKaL
"Should I?" - Thank you for your recent contributions to Cr1TiKaL; however, you should think, "Should I?" before you click 'submit changes'. For example, you removed the 'early life' section and moved the contents of it to the 'personal life' section. Though there are currently no guidelines pertaining to this, you can look at almost any BLP article and they will have an 'early life' section.
"Review before you revert" - You should "review before you revert". What does this mean? Recently, you reverted a bad edit that had a good contribution (specifically the paragraph that mentions The Official Podcast). "In December of the same year," was in the same paragraph as, "In 2015." The Official Podcast premiered in December 2016, not '15. Essentially, please analyze others' edits before you undo them.
That's all, thanks. :) L33tm4n (talk) 00:22, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- @L33tm4n:, Hope you can improve on your part as well: Talk:Cr1TiKaL#Sections :) Jaconsurto (talk) 10:42, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
Nicknames
Per the guideline you linked, If a person is known by a nickname used in lieu of or in addition to a given name, and it is not a common hypocorism[j] of one of their names, or a professional alias, it is usually presented between double quotation marks following the last given name or initial. The quotation marks are not put in lead-section boldface
and A nickname can eventually become a professional alias, even the most common name for a person. Such a case loses the quotation marks, other than in the subject's lead section if introducing the nickname in mid-name. If the nickname is dominant (in general or in a particular context) it can often be used in other articles without further elaboration.
The examples given in regards to those instructions are Magic Johnson and Bunny Berrigan. Examples that are identical to Canelo Alvarez and Winky Wright.
As for your point about Fury and Mayweather; they're not commonly referred to in reliable sources as "Gypsy King Fury" and "Money Mayweather".
A good example of a pseudonym in boxing would be Kid Galahad (boxer); he's referred to in reliable sources and is announced as Kid Galahad, not "Abdul-Bari 'Kid Galahad' Awad". – 2.O.Boxing 16:40, 19 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Squared.Circle.Boxing: Thank you for correcting my mistake and educating me, i greatly appreciate it. Jaconsurto (talk) 08:16, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion
Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. NEDOCHAN (talk) 11:19, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- @NEDOCHAN: Go right ahead lol. Being banned on wikipedia ain't the worst that could happen in my life 😂😂 Jaconsurto (talk) 11:26, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
Nickname in infobox
Hi. We have discussed already on the talk page. Consensus is clear that we go by the nickname as per the infobox source.NEDOCHAN (talk) 10:18, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- Please don't revert. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Conor_McGregor/Archive_1#Nicknames_styles_and_page_protectionNEDOCHAN (talk) 10:31, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- @NEDOCHAN: No majority whatsoever has been reached in this discussion and if anything i see most editors in disagreement. So i don't know why you would link this. Jaconsurto (talk) 10:48, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- To show that it's been discussed. Please read Bold revert discuss. If you revert again, I will have to report you. Please, as a new editor, chill a bit.NEDOCHAN (talk) 10:55, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- @NEDOCHAN: Ha Ha nice try trying to intimidate me. Not gonna work. I'm the one who will win if you report because the administrators will clearly be in my favour because im right in this argument, as just because a topic was discussed does not mean a consensus was reached. Also 3/4 sources in the infobox calls him "The Notorious", so you're argument is wrong there as well. Nice try though Jaconsurto (talk) 11:02, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- Good luck with that attitude. I have made a compromise so let's leave it there.NEDOCHAN (talk) 11:04, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- @NEDOCHAN: "(The) Notorious"? Tell me you're joking my guy 😂😂 Jaconsurto (talk) 11:14, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
NEDOCHAN, you're an experienced enough editor at this stage to know that the place to discuss changes to an article are on the talk page of that article, where everyone can see it and participate, and not on the talk page of a single editor with whom you are in disagreement.
