Regarding your message on Talk:Da Lat, you can start adding your photos of Vietnam to Wikimedia Commons using the Upload Wizard at the following URL: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard
The wizard will help you upload several photos at a time and enter relevant info about each of them. I've used it a lot for my own photos of Vietnam, and it's not too hard to get a hang of.
