Cynthia and Lizbeth Villa were born in Ventura, California, and Jasmeen Villa was born in Simi Valley. The band was created in 2001, by Joel Villa, the father, because of Johnny Canales. Joel Villa met Johnny Canales when he worked driving limousines in Simi Valley, California. Joel Villa was driving Johnny Canales in Texas, where he originally is from, when crowds and crowds of people started to grown angry, and they started surrounding the car Johnny Canales was in.
