Good update of the economic data. You need to give the source though. Easiest way is to use footnote:
- put {{ref|1|1}} (or {{ref|2|2}}, etc) against the figure1
- and then (under a Footnotes section),
- put >{{note|1|1}} (or {{note|2|2}}, etc)
- in front of the footnote text - something like this
{{note|1|1}} Source: [[IMF]], [http://www.imf.com/unitedkingdom/GDPdata] (or whatever it is) which gives you this:
Footnote
[edit]Alternatively, you could find out how to use the {{ref}} template. --Red King 11:52, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
- Ah thanks for the tip, I did put the links in the Discussion bit, but I was kinda of overwhelmed with all the updating required...
Nice graph
[edit]Image:UKExpenditure.jpg makes a great addition to the UK tax article. Thanks GameKeeper 07:19, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
This image was a subject of a Deletion debate, and I've switched it into ORTS. I've checked the logs on En.wiki, and found out you're the original uploader: I've seen you're the original uploader of this image -

If you're indeed the copyright holder, could you please fill in the OTRS form..? Yuval Y § Chat § 20:51, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for translating Deathwatch (play). It's a lovely stub. A few quick tips for you: stub tags ("this X article is a stub..." generally go at the bottom of articles, not the top), and translation tags ("article contains a translation of X from the Y Wikipedia") go on the new article's talk page, not in the article itself. Otherwise, keep up the good work :) Happy editing (and translating) and feel free to let me know if I can help with anything. Zachlipton (talk) 23:29, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 6
[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Zoledronic acid, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page EMA (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

File permission problem with File:UNOCD Global Map of Cannabis Consumption 2011.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:UNOCD Global Map of Cannabis Consumption 2011.gif. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 14:04, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
