Fair use rationale for Image:AugustSilberstein.jpg

Corrected. I realized that for the photo to not be public domain (life+50 before 1923) the photographer would have to be alive at 144 years of age, assuming 18+ at the time of the photo. Unlikely at best. JBarrett 02:18, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
