I am blocked. Please help me to unblock me and change my username

I am very new to Wikipedia and hence does not know all the rules.Please unblock me and allow me to change my username.I sincerely apologies and promise that i won't repeat it again. And before editing i will read all rules also. I don't even know to whom i should contact to unblock me. I am also unable to place a request on my talk page to unblock me. As you said I am addressing the above three question which you mentioned earlier. Yes I understood that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a business directory. Yes I understood conflict of interest. Yes I understood that for consideration of encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable. If I know the correct information about anything then only I will edit the article. Unless and until I don’t know the correct information I won’t edit any article. Sir as you said I have placed the request "Allowing username change to requested username" under Wikipedia:Changing username 2 days back.But no one has responded me neither my username has changed. Please check it and reply me whether I have placed the request in correct format or not.

Two things:
  • When you post at this talk page, please do so at the correct location, not at the top each time.
  • Again, no, you didn't request a username change at the correct location. Do you see the brown box above where it says: "This page is not the correct place to request a name change. Please go to Wikipedia:Changing username, review the information there, and then follow the directions to make your request on the appropriate page. Thanks!" Once again, you've placed your reply at the top of this page. Please reply right, directly under this post that I'm writing right now. Second, no, again you are not reading what the brown box says. It say: "This page is not the correct place to request a name change. Please go to Wikipedia:Changing username, review the information there, and then follow the directions to make your request on the appropriate page. Thanks!"
