regarding recent update to Sathya Sai Baba

Issara, the encylopedia right now contains only one view - what are called facts believed by one set of people. I believe it is also proper for other views/facts to take a place when a particular person, place or thing is discussed. For eg: if there is a wikipedia article on The Niagara, there could be some who write the goods of a trip there and others who write the risks or problems associated with it. From your action,it appears that what we call as encylopedia is biased. I do not agree to your removal of the link. Kindly suggest other alternatives. You may add it as a reference which I am fine with. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.242.254.126 (talk) 05:11, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

You are correct that content should not be biased, but linking to a personal website is not the proper way to go about that. If you want to represent more sides, please find reliable sources to back you up and add the information directly to the article so that the thing itself may become more neutral. -— Isarra 05:19, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
As you see, the website is not personal, it is dedicated to explaining the facts on the same subject from a different viewpoint. I believe it can be added under references. Kindly Request you to add the same under references. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.241.36.222 (talk) 08:58, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
It's a blog, man. You can't use a blog as a source; sources need to be reliable, and even if the guy is, we just have no proof of that. Look for press coverage, published papers, that sort of thing - that's what's needed here. -— Isarra 16:53, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Basically, see WP:SELFPUBLISH. -— Isarra 17:02, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

Oops. Thanks for pointing that out. Very strange editing pattern. IP seemed to stuck in a loop. Jschnur (talk) 05:36, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, no idea what's actually going on there, but it certainly doesn't seem to be going anywhere. -— Isarra 05:43, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

Why edit out PoodleSkirt?

Poodleskirt fit perfectly into the topic of Poodleskirt. You had no reason to edit it out. You can even see him live at http://www.twitch.tv/poodleskirt . now stop deleting what is the truth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by XBLOOD SAINTx (talkcontribs) 06:27, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

Please see the notability guidelines; this gamer doesn't really have any place in this encyclopedia, let alone in an article on a completely different topic of the same name. Please stop adding that to the article and removing the existing content. -— Isarra 06:40, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

Mon, if you know what's going on there, do whatever you think best. I just misclicked and edited the wrong article. -— Isarra 17:23, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the Barnstar!

It means a lot, you cool frying pan wielding gal! Ever tried a roll dough? ;) Mattaidepikiw (Talk) 04:15, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

WHOO FRYING PANS. And nope. What are they? -— Isarra 05:20, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Or would that be a dough roller? Damn Google translate! Anyway, they carry much less risks of fatal injuries than a frying pan! :) Mattaidepikiw (Talk) 23:22, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Oh, those... cylindrical things competent bakers use? I always used pots for that on account of being really cheap. They sort of work. -— Isarra 03:39, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
Mattsnow *GENTLY hits Isarra on the head with a pot*. In gentleman-like fashion, y'know :P Mattaidepikiw (Talk) 01:17, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
Careful. I fight like a girl. -— Isarra 01:38, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Hi - the Nick Cohen article referred to in the recent edits on the Stephen Leather page contain inaccuracies and is being contested by the author and his legal representatives. If you have a look at the comments posted on the Guardian website you'll see that the general feeling is that Cohen got it wrong. Also it is a comment column rather than a journalistic piece. I do not believe it is a credible source. Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.144.205.34 (talk) 07:55, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

While the legal whatnots on the source is certainly valid to it, what is probably needed here is just more sources in whatever direction. I can't really speak to this, though. -— Isarra 01:29, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

a hem. do you still log in here? ~ К3вину (RSVP) (What) 22:52, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Oddly yes. How's that for unexpected? And it's good to see your words, mon. How are you these days, anyhow? -— Isarra 01:22, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
sorry for the duplication, I meant to get right back but something shiny distracted me. Obviously, I formed the above inquiry from the top, seeing as how many recent responses you have made, I could have guessed. I am well, I stumbled upon a mutual acquaintance from Quebec and he said you had scaled back some of your wikitivity. Me too. I fix up here and there, but do not schedule any time for it. My relocation has been a year now, and am finally getting somewhere. I am very happy. In retrospect, I was not very happy where I used to be. ~ К3вину (RSVP) (What) 17:25, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
Yeah, I figured, and no worries. And scaling back is relative, so you never know... it's just different activity these days for me.
And man, that's wonderful. Happiness strangely relative, but not so strangely wonderful. More just generally so. -— Isarra 05:17, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

Zou Shiming

you made a very big mistake the sentence that i type in Zou Shiming'page is true story He won the gold medal boxing by cheated which support by AIBA so you must type it like i type before hope u understand — Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.49.235.69 (talk) 20:59, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

If that's the case, cite a reliable source saying that and write it in normal english. -— Isarra 21:12, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

Lol

It was an article regarding an idol/friend. I didn't think the dead lumberjack would mind. Also that is 100% fact. He did in fact invent a time machine in his teens to prevent Queen Elizabeth from assassinating the Beatles. It's not weirdness it's a quality biography. Regards, Anony6969 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anony6969 (talkcontribs) 02:28, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

Okay. Just back up all the information with reliable sources and don't replace an existing page; new topics get their own pages with parentheticals to disambiguate them. Just don't do that until it's all sourced. -— Isarra 02:39, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

kinda hard to deal with the 'editor' when the link is inactive. just sayin. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.165.34.174 (talk) 09:59, 17 August 2012 (UTC)

What they said on ANI, and something about calling people morons not being very nice. Things can be a little confusing starting out, though, but you'll get the hang of it if you stick around - considered making an account? -— Isarra 16:13, 17 August 2012 (UTC)

RE: Stanley, West Yorkshire

Can you not simply ban the IP(s?) causing the vandalism? 82.4.83.33 (talk) 19:31, 18 August 2012 (UTC)Fisher22

(talk page stalker) Isarra would need to be an administrator to block a user for vandalism. You could report them to WP:AIV yourself though and they should be promptly banned by another administrator. Rcsprinter (constabulary) @ 19:58, 18 August 2012 (UTC)

Exciting news!

I contributed! I was useful!

Hopefully I did it right. >.> The aim was for a shorter, more concise summary, per WP:PLOTSUM. I tried. Now let's see whether the edit survives the scrutiny of millions of Wikipedians... millions... boy, this project is big. Ahem. Hope you resolve your troubles soon. --Elduen (talk) 09:39, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

Yay! -— Isarra 19:56, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

K. Michelle neutral notification

Since you've edited K. Michelle's article, do you have any opinion about the sources used for some of the material that's in there? I asked about them at Talk:K._Michelle#Problem_with_sources. Maybe you could weigh in on the discussion?— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 02:30, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

I′m sorry, I′m really not that familiar with sourcing. Those who have commented already seem to have summed up the most salient issues, however, so I′m sure y′all can sort out something reasonable. -— Isarra 07:12, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Please add a starting point ASAP for this, I have a great desire to spam more people tomorrow!--Pharos (talk) 00:06, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
