Unicode damage
[edit]This edit damaged some of the interwiki links. This is usually caused by older versions of some browsers. MediaWiki has a workaround to transparently avoid such damage while not preventing you from editing; however, it's keyed by the browser's version. Could you tell us which browser you were using and which User-Agent it uses, so it can be added to the list of unicode-damaging browsers? --cesarb 19:03, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Otafest
[edit]As I have pointed out several times before, including on Otafest's talk page, the staff of Otafest has not been releasing their attendance figures since 2001, which was 700 attendees.[1] Because of that, it presents a barrier to their listing on the List of anime conventions. Wikipedia uses verifiable information, not someone's best guess, or assumptions. The Otafest staff can easily remedy the situation by issuing a press release with their 2006 attendance figures and submitting those figures to a reporting site, such as AnimeCons.com. I don't understand why they don't. --TheFarix (Talk) 12:00, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
- Hmm, that's a pretty good point. Perhaps, though, you could point out these fact in a more obvious manner. It's still fairly off-putting to have your edits removed because they didn't match up to previously non-obvious standards. I realize that those con organizers are putting you in that position, but you need to make it more obvious to random passers by what's happening. --Inoshiro

Lovely Message
[edit]This is to inform you that Noitanod would like you never to post on his talk page again, and to not revert articles that are perfectly good, and last but not least, learn to use Twinkle properly before using it.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of Hyundai Stellar
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Hyundai Stellar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
