Request

[edit]

Hey there, Colleen16. From looking at your user page, I have a little request for you to do. Can you help me with improving the article on the Korean movie, Running Turtle? I wrote the whole plot but since I watched the film once, I'm not sure if what I wrote was accurate. If you haven't watched the film, then it's okay. But if you watched it, do you mind helping me to improve it? You don't need to do it if you don't want to; it's up to you. Thanks!! Jpark3909 (talk) 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Re: Running Turtle

[edit]

Sorry about the late reply. Anyway, I was asking to improve the plot summary of Running Turtle, to make it more accurate, since I watched it once. However, you said that you didn't watch the film yet. So, do you think you might be able to make the plot of Running Turtle accurate, even though you didn't watch it?

That's him, Kim Yoon-seok! Thank you for helping me! As for me, I'll try to find a way to rewatch it again.

I added one tag to the article, but you insisted on deleting it. Then I added more specific tags, but you once again deleted it, despite being explained to how citation works on wikipedia by not only me, but another editor. You continued to delete it, so I specifically cited everything. Ωphois 11:54, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You can add back a tag like the one under Commercials, in the Awards section. Cool? Colleen16 (talk) 11:57, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You can try IMDb for sourcing for the awards. Though since it is international show, I don't know if they do or not. Ωphois 12:00, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
IMDb wouldn't have enough info on him. You'd have to go through news articles on this actor to find information trust me. I am still trying to find info on his earlier awards though. Colleen16 (talk) 12:04, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Both sections are completely unsourced. Thus, both need the tag. Ωphois
Yes, 11 sources. 11 out of 26. I cannot apply a tag to a section of a table, so it must be applied to the section. Ωphois 12:13, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Wait where does it say a tag should be added to a section if it has under 26 references? Colleen16 (talk) 12:15, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I mean that there are 26 awards listed, but only 11 of them are cited.Ωphois 12:17, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What difference does it make. Quite a bit of them are cited. So what does every single one have to be cited in order for it to not be tagged. Colleen16 (talk) 12:21, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They were individually tagged, but you removed them. The format is up to you. You added the info, didn't you? What source did you use for it? Ωphois 12:24, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, another user found a more appropriate tag. Ωphois 12:25, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ANI discussion

[edit]

Hello, InkHeart. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Singularity42 (talk) 15:44, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On a somewhat related note, you currently appear to be editing from both Inkheart and Colleen16, especially as indicated of the history of this page. Since your change of username to Inkheart was approved, you should stick to editing from the new account. --Bfigura (talk) 16:21, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about the changing of accounts it's a bad habbit I am trying to break it. InkHeart17:56, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Would it help to block the Colleen16 account for you? I'm not suggesting this as a punishment or anything, just as a way to help you make sure that you don't accidentally log in with that account. EyeSerenetalk 18:42, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
(update) Per the above ANI thread, I've now blocked the Colleen16 account. I've left the talkpage redirect in place, and left a notice on the user page that explains it's a doppleganger account (basically, it now exists so no-one else can take that username and pretend to be you). As I said above, this is not punishment for anything, it's just to help you stick to our mulitple account policy and avoid unnecessary aggravation.
You still need to be careful about reverting other editors (like these here), but it's good to see that you've been discussing edits rather than fighting over them :) Also, if you think it might be helpful, you could take a look at WP:ADOPT, where you can request adoption from a more experienced editor who can help you find your way around. Wikipedia is a huge and confusing place with hundreds of policies, guidelines and community standards, and having someone to turn to can be really useful sometimes! All the best, EyeSerenetalk 13:01, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Really that's an excellent idea. Thanks! InkHeart13:03, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/InkHeart for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page.   — Jeff G.  ツ 03:44, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I see you were blocked in November, aka 10 months ago. Read the conditions of WP:OFFER. Have you abided by those for the past 6 months? If you have we might consider unblocking you now. N419BH 01:28, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I see from your sockpuppet casepage that you've most likely been socking as recently as yesterday. If you seriously want to come back, go away for 6 months, then we can have an unblock discussion. The more you sock, the less likely people will be to support unblocking you. N419BH 01:37, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Are you sure you don't need to send a message to the Arbitration Committee. I just read up on that recently. I also sent them a message. 174.137.52.217 (talk) 01:39, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
If you've sent one I don't need to. N419BH 01:47, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Drama City: What Should I Do? has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable - did a WP:BEFORE check in both English and Korean and found no WP:SIGCOV

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
