Quite apart from the question of whether a user can self-certify his own RFC/U, and leaving aside the fact that two people are required to certify an RFC, this doesn't even look remotely like an RFC. Mayalld (talk) 21:31, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Format

Normally, an RFC/U has a subsection towards the top called ===Statement of desired outcome===. If the editor would like to write such a statement, it might help other editors. RFC/U is primarily a dispute resolution process, and if we know the goals, it can help us reach them. WhatamIdoing (talk) 01:25, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
