Re: Editing
[edit]In english QWERTY keyboards, it should be SHIFT-\ (that is, the \ key should also be |). In spanish keyboards, it is ALTgr-1. The ASCII code is 124, so you can press ALT+124 (press ALT, type 124 in the numeric keyboard, then release ALT). Sorry if this sounds very patronizing, but I am not sure if I have explained myself correctly. -- ReyBrujo 02:59, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Son Gohan
[edit]I'm not in the mood to start some kind of revert war, but do you have any basis for your claims in the Son Gohan article? It is obvious that the mystic form completely replaces the SSJs, from the dialogue I even quoted. You didn't even comment and simply reverted the work, even the obviously correct fact that Mystic is a fanname that isn't used anywhere in the series.
Now I'm going to revert it, and I expect it to remain the same, unless you can actually come up with any reasonable reasons why it should be changed again. I have provided reasons for changing the section. I'd appreciate it if you would do so as well. Preferably here, in your talk page. Kusonaga 18:54, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
Elder Kai did say 'mystic'. Romanji names aren't used throughout the articles, it's a rule regarding wikipedia's language regulations. Gohan had more power when he did the super saiyan thingy and before that, he was just mad and went mystic without trying to go super saiyan (when he was fed up with the ritual and it convinced him to continue). He had no reason to go super saiyan and was just venting his power. Furthermore, mystic is a potential unlocking ritual, not a transformation, so obviously he could still transform, he just never did in the show. The explainations that were previously there make more sense and are factually correct, without being vague and ignoring items directly stated to be technically true. yes somethings are a tiny stretch, but wiki is for information, and with dbz not everything is explained properly or without flaws (various statements and actions contridict previous information, not only in GT, Dragonball, or the DBZ movies, but in the indubitably cannon Dragon Ball Z itself) and open themselves to interpretation. - It was never called anything like 'the mystic transformation', it was not a specified name. I can understand the Romanji thing. During the ritual, Gohan was fed up and powered up and his hair flashed. Later, after the ritual had finished, the Elder Kai told him to do his SSJ thing. Gohan did so and achieved his mystic status. That also means it won't fall under special abilties, since Gohan simply is Mystic, and can't logically be undone.
- Gohan simply cannot go SSJ anymore, it was negated. This is explicitly shown in that scene. Saying that he lost his power thanks to his death is never stated and conjecture not founded in the anime or manga, so it should not be represented. This in the end, makes much more sense, and is actually based on something rather than 'he just never transformed', which he did attempt and that's when he 'became mystic'. Degrassi Character Full Names
[edit]Do you have any sources for the "full names" that you added to the Degrassi characters? Certainly I can find nowhere on the Internet that refers to "Emmalene Nelson". Please point out your sources. --awh (Talk) 10:12, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
