Welcome to Wikipedia! In response to your question here, Wikipedia articles in French are found at https://fr.wikipedia.org/ , and a French-language article about Blues Pills would then exist at https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blues_Pills . Please have a look around the French Wikipedia and familiarise yourself with how articles are created before you write the page - https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aide:D%C3%A9buter might be a good place to start. Thank you very much for volunteering to help, and have fun editing! Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 19:03, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
Thank you for your message on my talk page. As mentioned above, a French translation of an English-language Wikipedia article would not be published here but at the French Wikipedia, and as I don't edit the French Wikipedia at all, I'm afraid I cannot help you with that. Each language Wikipedia is a separate website and a separate community. I do know that Wikipedia can be difficult to find your way around at first, but I'm sure you will be able to find people who can help you out at fr.wikipedia.org, possibly by looking at https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aide:Sommaire - there are links there to help forums for new users.
