Hi, I'm one of the two who have responded to you at Help Desk. I skimmed the discussion in article talk, and I'll say you're already on a higher plane than most editors with a year of experience, and many never get there. You're not just making a statement, but at least trying to back it up with reason and policy. Are you really new at this? My only suggestion would be an attempt to be less verbose, as many have short attention spans and are likely to move on if they see an enormous post like that. Myself, I have what I believe to be ADD (undiagnosed), and I simply can't maintain focus long enough to read and absorb a post of that size. I'd aim for a maximum size of about half that, and shorter yet where possible. No opinion as to the content question, no knowledge or interest in that area.
