Your draft article, Draft:Robby Kiger

[edit]

Hello, Ilovecreating9. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Robby Kiger".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. DannyS712 (talk) 08:18, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Plot summary overdetail

[edit]

Please see [1], which I mislinked in my edit summary reverting your edit on Taps (film).

Also: Is there a rationale for your rearrangement of cast information in film articles? Is there a reason you don't use edit summaries or discuss this issue on article talk pages? If it is simply your own desire to give one actor more emphasis than another, that's not a good reason.

Thanks. - Julietdeltalima (talk) 17:35, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To emphasize what Julietdeltalima said, STOP adding extra text to plot sections if the plot is longer than 700 words. The guideline for plot size can be seen at WP:FILMPLOT. What you need to start doing is gauging the existing plot section size before you add anything. You can copy the plot text and paste it into an online word count calculator such as https://wordcounter.net/. If it's larger than 700 words then you should be trimming, not adding. Film infoboxes

[edit]

Per {{infobox film}}, the "starring" parameter in the infobox consists of actors who are credited on the poster's billing block. If a person's name isn't on the poster, it generally shouldn't be added to the infobox. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:11, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
