I've removed the "Controversy" section for the time being, since it appears to be an attempt at disparagement that is not explicitly supported by the only valid reference: the Daily Illini article. Court records are primary sources and are not admissible here: you must use secondary sources that present a verifiable interpretation, and may not present your own interpretation of court records. Opinion columns are likewise not acceptable sources. I strongly advise that you write only what can be supported by the news article, and I strongly advise that you use the talkpage to arrive at an acceptable consensus.
