Moriatao Papas sa Basagad and the Sultanate of Basagad (Batolacongan) Baloi LDN

Datu Mitug was a direct descendant of Dimasangkay a Adil of Maguindanao (fourth ruler of Maguindanao). Datu Mitug married Bae sa Treng (scion of Manangkaya - Datu sa Baloi and one of the 8 wise men of Lanao (Ranao) who propagates the Four Ranao Phangampong to its integral units) begot Bae sa Lumbac Baloi, Sultan Papas of Basagad, and Datu Amas. Sultan Papas has a son named Atho and Datu Atho married his first cousin Bae Abae (daugther of Datu Amas) begot Tomadung, Tampar, Rarago, Panao, Apta, Katoon.

On the other side, Datu Amas begot Mawiyag, Maricor, Amai Dakat, Amai Loma, Bae Dabungan, Bae Toloon and Bae Abae.

It was unknown yet who was the first sultan of Basagad as its old name was named to the 4th ruler of Baloi (Sarip Batolacongan). The place Batolacongan now known as Basagad is one of the 28 legislative council of the Ranao Phangampong and one of the four executive body of the Baloi Phangampong.

The heir of the throne Sultan of Basagad were exclusively to the Amas and Papas descendant only interchange on the throne Sultan after one another.

Bae Dabungan descent is an heir exclusive to Bae a Adil (Queen Princess) and Bae Toloon descendant is an heir to the throne Potri Maamor (Royal Princess).
