[edit]Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Muhammad, you may be blocked from editing. Do not remove the pictures in this article. Please read the talkpage Jarkeld (talk) 19:52, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
This is the only warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Muhammad, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jarkeld (talk) 19:53, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
I would rather have my account deleted than to not do anything about it. Nearly 2 billion Muslims and you think just because you or someone else wrote about it makes you the absolute authority on Islam. This is my religion and it is my right to protect it by whatever means possible. Freedom of speech does not mean infringing upon other peoples religion. Islam is not copy righted to you. So you have no right to stop me from protecting it. Ijax (talk) 20:01, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
- Also please note WP:3RR in the future. Doc Quintana (talk) 20:24, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

{{unblock|Your reason here}}
below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. I have blocked you for a short time only. I ask you to understand that this is an encyclopedia, and is tasked with recording verifiable facts. I fully understand the outrage which you obviously feel at the illustration in question here, but its publication is a fact. Please note that neither the encyclopedia nor indeed I attempt to defend the sentiments expressed. Islam is not being attacked here; it was, if you like, attacked by the author of the illustration; we are reporting this, not condoning it. Please try not to repeat your recent behaviour here, as other admins may choose to impose longer blocks in the future.--Anthony.bradbury"talk" 20:35, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
I will quote you, "it was, if you like, attacked by the author of the illustration". You admit yourself that it was attacked by whoever made those illustrations. Yet you choose to allow that attack. I will make my own illustrations attacking other religions, will you allow me to publish those? I think not Ijax (talk) 15:03, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
- My friend, I concede - have conceded - that the illustration was an attack on Islam. It was made by the author of the illustration in the seventeenth century, and as the attack was made more than 300 years before I was born I clearly did not allow it. Wikipedia is REPORTING the attack, not MAKING it. There is a difference. If you, or any other editor, were now to create illustrations attacking other religions, then that would be MAKING attacks, not REPORTING them. This is a critical distinction. If you choose to edit, or to create, an article on another religion, and choose to add to it illustrations already in existence in published sources, then on principle I see no reason why they would not be allowed. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 20:00, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
