User talk:Ibne'Ishaq
Welcome!
Hello, Ibne'Ishaq, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages

- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Deconstructhis (talk) 23:22, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Liberal movements within Islam. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Deconstructhis (talk) 23:26, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Ghulam Ahmed Pervez, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Deconstructhis (talk) 23:28, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 11
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
- Jannat Pakistan Party (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver)
- added links pointing to Libertarian, The State, Hero worship and Unification

Speedy deletion nomination of Shalimar Radio
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Shalimar Radio, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 04:39, 21 September 2015 (UTC)

Your recent edits
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 03:39, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
Deletion review
[edit]You requested the restoration of several articles at WP:REFUND, however none of these pages can be restored via REFUND. Two of the articles, Jannat Pakistan Party and Shalimar Radio, were deleted at AfD. This means that you must go to WP:DRV (deletion review) to seek restoration and REFUND isn't the same as DRV. You can seek restoration there, but you must first ask Courcelles if he would be willing to restore them. If he declines, you can go to DRV. Once there, you will have to show proof that they would pass notability guidelines.
However I need to stress that when requesting a restoration you need to assume good faith (WP:GOODFAITH) from the deleting editors. It's never a good idea to accuse others of deleting something because of a bias, as this can make you look bad and most pages are not deleted due to a bias.
I also have to express a little concern: at DGG's talk page you say that you created Asarulislam Syed, Jannat Pakistan Party, and Shalimar Radio, however I note that two of these (Asarulislam Syed, Jannat Pakistan Party) were created by BiH, a now blocked user. Are you BiH? If so, then you will need to disclose this up front and only edit under the BiH account. It's currently blocked, so you would need to request an unblock. Kudpung, you blocked BiH so I'm pinging you to this discussion.
Finally, one of the pages you asked to have restored (Asarulislam Syed) contained copyright violations, so this will not be restored at DRV. Wikipedia cannot host material taken from another website. Not only does this pose legal issues per WP:COPYVIO but in most cases the material is not written in a neutral manner and would need to be re-written to meet WP:NPOV guidelines. It's usually just better to re-write the material in your own words. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 03:43, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
- Kudpung, do you think it'd be worth opening an SPI for this? I was going to start one but I figured that I should wait and see what you say. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:01, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
- Unless there are other articles involved, I think a SPI wouldn't be worth the trouble. DGG ( talk ) 04:58, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
- Per DGG, Tokyogirl79, I don't think there is much point in overloading the SPI sysyetem. If he creates many more inappropriate article and continues to do so after another couple of warnings a block by any adminwould be justified. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 10:48, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
