Hi, Iazyges. Thank you kindly for helping out around Thekla (daughter of Theophilos); I see you've expanded it quite a bit. I hope you've found my edits to be helpful as well. May I ask when you'd like to bring this article to FAC? Obviously not now, as both of us have two nominations open, but what month were you thinking? Cheers, Unlimitedlead (talk) 21:42, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Unlimitedlead: I think once Theodosius III finishes up (which should be soon). The format of my grad school is stranger than I was expecting, causing me to be very busy Monday through Thursday but quite free the rest of the week, so I should be available for a more active FAC schedule than I had expected. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 21:44, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
- Alright, sounds good. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, and good luck with school! You're not the only one there right now :( Unlimitedlead (talk) 21:53, 5 February 2023 (UTC)

WikiCup
Hi Iazyges. I noticed that you have been formatting your FA submissions on the WikiCup incorrectly. It's supposed to be # [[ARTICLE]] [[Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/ARTICLE/archive#]], which means your current formatting is preventing you from earning bonus points from your FAs, and I'd hate to see you miss out on points well-deserved. Cheers, Unlimitedlead (talk) 13:29, 13 February 2023 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Sacro-Egoism
Hello Iazyges. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Sacro-Egoism, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not a neologism. A quick google search shows academic papers back to at least 2008. . Thank you. GedUK 11:57, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Ged UK: No problem; the reason for that nomination was because the editor who uploaded it is almost certainly the same as the coiner of the term, and all academic papers (including the 2008 Ph.D.) that deal with the term extensively, rather than just passingly, are from the coiner in question; I've brought it to XfD instead along the lines of WP:NOTDICT. Thekla
Hi Iazyges. I'm going to be out of town until tomorrow evening, so if you get the chance, would you mind taking care of the rest of Gog's comments on Thekla's FAN? I already addressed most of them. Thanks Unlimitedlead (talk) 18:44, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Unlimitedlead: I'll try to get them done; incidentally I'll be out of town from tonight until Sunday morning, but I will be taking my laptop with me so I should be able to continue editing. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 20:55, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
FA mentoring: Panagiotis Kavvadias
Hi,
I've put the page Panagiotis Kavvadias forward for peer review: it's just gone through a really detailed GAR, I think it might have legs as an FA, but it's my first nomination and (bluntly) I've got no idea what I'm doing. I appreciate that it's possibly a bit outside your usual wheelhouse, but any comments or advice you could give would be much appreciated.
The peer review page is here, if you want to take a look. UndercoverClassicist (talk) 09:00, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- @UndercoverClassicist: Sure thing, happy to help with the PR and mentor when you go to FAC; my first impression is that the article looks to be in good shape, but the number of images in it may be slightly excessive, may want to remove three or four, especially when they're close to each other. I'll work on a more full review over the weekend. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 09:15, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks - much appreciated! UndercoverClassicist (talk) 09:17, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- Hello again - you may have seen that the Peer Review has already had two pairs of eyes on it, and that I've made a lot of changes as a result. Are you still working on a review yourself? No rush or pressure either way: I'll wait for it if you've got one in the pipeline, but equally I understand if you'd rather hold off until the article does go to FAC, given that it's already benefitted from the kindness and time of others. UndercoverClassicist (talk) 21:30, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
- @UndercoverClassicist: Apologies, I've had a rather busy week; I'll try to get to it today or tomorrow. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 21:33, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
- No worries - like I said, no rush or pressure either way, but if you've got thoughts, I'd be grateful to hear them. UndercoverClassicist (talk) 22:05, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
