I got your message just fine, thanks! Looks like you made it into the class. =) Sorry I wasn't more quick on the reply, I'm not feeling well. You might try the WP:Teahouse for a quicker reply next time. Best regards! Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 23:28, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Fraggle81. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Caspase 1 because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. User:Iamwillthinnes, Do you understand why this edit was undone and what you should have done differently with your comment? If not, let me know so we can clarify it before we get to Assignment 5. WP is confusing for newbies! Biolprof (talk) 14:33, 14 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
User:Biolprof, After reviewing the comment again, I don't really see why it was not effective. Was it because it was too broad or did not provide enough direction? That is the only reason I could think of. 24.217.103.234 (talk) 21:52, 18 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Response to your email questions

[edit]

I posted a note here that should notify both Biosthmors and you (so you can see what it looks like). He seems pretty busy so I'm not sure if you will get a timely response.

The best guideline I've found for references is WP:MEDRS, but it doesn't say anything about OMIM. I'm not sure if it is considered a secondary source or just a compendium. You can post that question at WP:Teahouse. Rraja2 also had a problem finding secondary sources and got some feedback on her talk page here that might be helpful to you. My suggestion is to do what seems best to you but to explain your decision on the talk page so a more experienced editor can change it or update when more info is available. User:Biolprof: I think I found the way to cite OMIM on wikipedia. It is done by using Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM): #####. I have done it on the Tsix page. Iamwillthinnes (talk) 23:24, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A beer for you!

J-Friend, thank you for the beer. I would send you one but I do not know how.
