Information icon Hello, I'm Magnolia677. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of place names of Native American origin in the United States, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. For reference to any, this was dealt with shortly after. I'd added >100 creeks with indigenous etymology to a list type of article. I'd cited my primary source on items at the top of the list but not for every.single.one of the items I added to the list because I felt (and still feel) that was excessive, jarring, and atypical of how lists in Wikipedia are typically presented. But I went and did it and now that list has >100 redundant citations. Iaksones (talk) 15:54, 14 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
