Your suggestion

I noticed your suggestion here and would like to clarify something: AFD would not have been appropriate in that situation. The correct action would have been for the user to tag the article with {{db-author}} and an admin would have deleted it shortly thereafter. As it turns out, they found that tag, but then decided to redirect their article to the existing one. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Cheers ​—DoRD (talk)​ 12:53, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
