editing the semi-protected page
[edit]Hi! I noticed the message you left about not being able to edit Turkish Invasion of Cyprus, so I asked an administrator to set your account as "confirmed", which means you're not counted by the software as a new user anymore. Actually, you were just one edit away from passing the required number of edits to have that happen automatically, but in any case, you should be able to edit that page now. Changes to Turkish invasion of Cyprus
[edit]Hi
I would like to inform you that changing spellings from British English to American English should only be done under certain circumstances - see WP:ENGVAR. As Cyprus was a British territory, and still has English bases on it, the English version was British.
Your edit [1] on the Turkish invasion of Cyprus unfortunately changed this.
