Speedy deletion of Dogma studios

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Dogma studios requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Logo-Completed-with-layers.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 21:48, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:30, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Your recent edit to List of multi-channel networks appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. →→Hi Dodi8238. Not really a regular wiki editor, so excuse any mistakes. I added a couple MCN's to the list. One of which is GTChannel. I read about them in Pando Daily - →→http://pando.com/2013/06/27/gtchannel-says-goodbye-to-machinima-and-soars/ as well as in an Ender's Analyst report on MCN's called "YouTube and its MCNs: growth and
→→variety". This noted GTChannel as a vertically focused MCN. I have the report, but it isn't available without payment to Enders. On Http://www.socialblade.com info on GTChannel
→→also exists within the top automotive channels and networks. They have 700 channels, 2.6 million viewers and one billion views across the network, where Motor Trend has
→→750 mm. They launched in July 2013. INTERSTREAMER (talk) 00:00, 5 June 2015 (UTC)INTERSTREAMER[reply]
If you think that GTChannel qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline, I suggest you write a userspace draft. You can then ask someone to review it through Wikipedia:Feedback, the live help channel, or Articles for creation. (I fixed your comment's indentation, btw. See WP:INDENT.) --Dodi 8238 (talk) 07:44, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Dodi8238 - I see. For lists Wiki prefers a standalone article to reference. I'm not sure I know enough to do that. I could spend some time looking into it. Maybe I will do that. Maybe someone could do a better job than I, however.INTERSTREAMER (talk) 20:53, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That's right; editors are encouraged to write the article on a given subject before adding a link to the article to list pages. Go for it! Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

Thanks for the encouragement. Look, I am learning - I finally got the indent thing down! Thanks for the help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by INTERSTREAMER (talkcontribs) 22:17, 5 June 2015‎
No problem! Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. --Dodi 8238 (talk) 08:00, 6 June 2015 (UTC) [edited 08:25, 6 June 2015 (UTC)][reply]
Okay, I did it. What better to do on weekend. I tried to follow the directions you gave me. I found lots of sources and looked at other articls to understand the format. I started as Articles for creation, but when I hit save page, I got a msg. "Draft article not currently submitted for review" and "This is a draft Articles for creation Submission. It is NOT currently pending review." If I think I'm ready, how do you submit, just copy paste and then start a page??. MS.INTERSTREAMER (talk) 19:53, 6 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Looks promising. When you think you're done, you can click the green "Submit your draft..." button. --Dodi 8238 (talk) 22:42, 6 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Do you think I need more info or references? Seems to be alot out there.INTERSTREAMER (talk) 22:50, 6 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If you find more reliable third-party sources that are about GTChannel and that can be used to expand the article, you can create an external links section and add them to it. Anyone can use them later to expand the article and add them as references. --Dodi 8238 (talk) 17:51, 7 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
