Blocked indefinitely for repeat disruptive editing despite previous block and multiple warnings

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Based on the rules of Wikipedia, I can make three edits within each 24 hour period on the same page, regardless of your personal perception of their correctness. Count the number of edits I have made within the last 24h on the page you just edited (where you removed my changes)

Decline reason:

Your rationale clearly demonstrated that you do not understand the spirit of WP:3RR. Your edits to that article demonstrate that you have a disruptive attitude, and your messages left at other users' talk pages only amplify that conclusion. The only way I might consider unblocking your account is if you agreed to a topic ban covering politics, broadly construed—but even with that limitation, I'm not sure restoring your edit privileges would benefit the project. —C.Fred (talk) 23:14, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

From WP:EDITWAR: The three-revert rule is a convenient limit for occasions when an edit war is happening fairly quickly, but it is not a definition of "edit warring", and it is perfectly possible to edit war without breaking the three-revert rule, or even coming close to doing so. As noted in the block, this is also a case of WP:NOTHERE. Cheers, OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:06, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
For instance, this message left on another user's talk page is clearly unacceptable. —C.Fred (talk) 23:09, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Jamie, it would be be quite logical if "warnings" were a bit more constructive and mentioned the actual reason (eg WP:NOTHERE), not just say "vandalism" 5 times in a row as the user Vif12vf did to my talk page (to whom I did indeed reply in a rude and unacceptable way). I was not aware of WP:NOTHERE! Here is the ultimatum Vif12vf sent me: This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at New Zealand Labour Party, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. The page was recently protected because of your edits, if they continue then you might get banned! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 22:27, 4 April 2019 (UTC). C.Fred, I do not wish to be unblocked, however could you please answer something instead?! I have noticed that most of the editors in Wikipedia (especially admins and veterans in political pages) write quite a lot in the first paragraphs of their page about their chosen gender pronouns. Is this a Wikipedia rule or is it that it attracts people with certain personalities, or could there be a political bias in the highest levels of Wikipedia? Normally, it has always been they, here and in the academia, until lately when these insignificant things became prevalent...

Decline reason:

Procedural decline, not an unblock request. 331dot (talk) 00:11, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
