Hi Hweirdo, remember me? That annoying girl who worked with you on Thunderbolt Fantasy, and kept filling up your talk page! You see, TBF season 2 is a month away, and I understand it’ll be hard for us to fill soliloquy translations and stuff around here, so I was wondering if you would like to join me to fill up season 2’s contents on TVtropes (dot org)? Pages are set up already, and we would love to have the superhero of literacy such as you on board! You can find me with the same screen name in all lower case. Love to here from you, see you around!

Alright, thanks Hweirdo. Do you think we should add a new section for merchandise information, such as art books and figurines?

Hi Hweirdo, for the last line of 不患's soliloquy, I believe his cloak is not replaced, but to have it naturally degrade from the rain and let its pieces flow wherever they want to be. 畢竟是「褪盡任濁流」嘛。You're thoughts?
Shuniya (talk) 02:02, 5 October 2016 (UTC)
哈囉 Hweirdo, 辛苦了~ ( ´▽`) I think CR's version of 不患's soliloquy is a bit of a stretch to its original expression, got any opinions?
Shuniya (talk) 07:22, 1 October 2016 (UTC)
ring, ring. We've contributed some opinions regarding 捲捲's soliloquy on TBF's talk page, if you see this, do join back with us. Thank you~ :3

Offsite means off the screen, I used that term back then since I wasn't sure if the Taiwanese voice acting had the solo male actor acting female characters as traditionally cast. (It would be very awkward to have an actress playing her character and then have a actor doing a soliloquy in the background.) But now I can confirm to you that they cast voice actresses specifically for thunderbolt fantasy (also the solo actor is the son of Vincent Huang who just debuted starting this show, and wasn't prepared for enacting female roles just yet).
If you have a better explanation, you may reword them. Thanks.

Hi~ Urobuchi did confirm that xue ya and shiang are both protagonists, but do feel free to keep track. thank you~

Hweirdo, I think we should move the discussion to the page's [talk page], thanks!

Hweirdo, I'm sorry to say this, but I would have to stick with my perspective in siding Fei's name to jadeite. Because her name is only "Fei 翡", not including 翠。they are separate characters, which the kingfisher 翠鳥 doesn't apply. Her sword bares the name 翠,therefore I believe the motif is clear. I haven't edit the change yet, please do allow me to hear your thoughts on it, thanks.

Just to throw things on the table. 翡-chan's outfit is composed of flowers and butterfies. I would crack of those butterfly wings are actual bird wings
and then 捲殘雲 is a spear user, I would be convinced if he uses bare fists to battle if he were to be called "fists of destruction."
Shuniya (talk) 09:51, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
Oh~ I see, you went for 翠鳥 instead of 翡翠。 Sorry, you were right, it was indeed a bird. I overlooked the description in my dictionary ("Fish-eating" ....bird lol). If that's the case, I would use the bird, but with a link to the wiki page for further info. I doubt the general audience would thought of the bird first though.
as for our Mr. 捲殘雲, I think it's still a bit too risky to take his name completely in 古通中文 unless his soliloquy says so.

I was thinking the same thing, great mind-reading, Hweirdo! Go ahead and work your magic, brother. (>_0)b
Shuniya (talk) 08:57, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
Oh dear, I can't watch the Crunchyroll version since I'm personally located in Taiwan. I believe we shouldn't trust their version 100%, better go with our guts in presenting the most accurate translations. And I also believe the readers on this page would want this from us too.
Shuniya (talk) 08:44, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
Hello Hweirdo, this is Shuniya from the Thunderbolt Fantasy page. I reaaaaally thank you for your contribution, and would like to work with you to improve the page.
To continue with what we left off, by "official Japanese translation," which kinds of resources do you referred to? Thanks.
