Apologies for the delay, I am not as active here as I once was, and can often go a week or more without logging in. As I appear to be about the only regular with the MacAnthony article on my watchlist (and even I have no idea how it first got there!) this clearly presents a problem. Going to WP:BLPN was exactly the right thing to do, and I am dismayed by the lack of response there. I shall endeavour to get more regular editors to look over and preferably watchlist the article.
