Hello, can you clarify by what you mean by constructive? I took out the racial references because the POSLM is not solely used for racial related issues. It's used in any situations where equity is an issue being addressed in the POSLM (i.e. gender, disability, race, age, etc). Humanisticcare (talk) 18:35, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
