Request reason:

My account (Hugarh) and home IP has been blocked by a user called Bwilkins for abuse of multiple accounts. I do not have multiple accounts. This is my one account. I acess Wikipedia through a pubic domain (school) as their IP is blocked. I questioned why my friend had been blocked for questioning why his friend had been blocked and was then blocked myself. I am sure the Administrator has a difficult task determining people who are using multiple accounts, but I assure you I am not. Please unblock my account and IP and if possible ask said administrator to at least leave a post on a talk page explaining to people why he has blocked them, as it is extremely difficult to appeal the block unless they do this as it is difficult to discern the reason

Request reason:

As I have stated I have been using my account at a school, where it is quite possible somebody could have seen my password and edited articles, or edited articles while I was away from the screen. I have already removed Trololol.jpg from my user page, along with the text "they see me trollin they hatin", as can be seen in [this]. I apologise from the people at my school's abusive behaviour, the reason the IP was blocked to begin with, and will refrain from logging in at my school in future. If you refuse to unblock my account then please unblock my IP so that I can make constructive edits while at home without fear of people getting my password or editing while I am away from the screen

Decline reason:
