Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Here's a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a subject that you are trying to create an article about, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to break the 3 important questions above.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:24, 11 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your questions, Anthony:

  • Yes, I understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a business directory.

The content of the article I have posted for review is clearly strictly informational, neutral/balanced in tone, and non-promotional in nature.

  • Yes, I understand conflict of interest.

The content of the article I have posted is unbiased, clearly cited, and strictly informational (i.e., non-promotional) in nature.

  • Yes, I understand that to be considered for an encylopedia article, the subject must be considered to be notable.

When compared to other published Wikipedia articles of similar nature (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_for_Materials_Research, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Materials_and_Processes_Research_Institute, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_of_Minerals_and_Materials_Technology, etc.), I believe this subject can and should be considered equally notable.

I am requesting an unblock in order to change my username to comply with your policy requiring me to represent myself as an individual.
