Request reason:
I admit that I vandalised a few pages a redirected a few userpages but I was in discussion with Jimmy last night. will happily email the conversation to an admin if they request it. I do admit that there were a few minor mistakes but the socks that were created after the blocking of the account were friends in computing who thought it would be funny to create them and of course because I had edited from home anything I did at home on wikipedia got dragged into it.
Decline reason:
In that case, please ask Jimmy to unblock you. I defer to him in the mean time. — J.delanoygabsadds 21:39, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

unblock

Request reason:
Would request this on the main account but the talkpage is protected. I have several conversations with admins regarding the CU block on my account. I was reverting and creting articles and editing very happily until a vandal at college which I must add kind of falls under WP:SHARE as it is a shared dynamic IP which never changes. I have spoken to people about this including the founder of wikipedia who said to email him with the problem which I have done but no reply. The basic problem is the fact that the User:Chris19910 created socks using the college IP and procceded to vandalise the wiki and do various other things. I was caught in this net when a CU was run. I ask for this block to be undone as I have been unfairly penalised and stopped from editing because of this user. I do know the editor who is concerned but thats not really a matter for discussion here it is more a social matter.
Please include a decline or accept reason.

Request reason:
Why am I still unable to edit? my account Hot200245 was unblocked as it says above but it hasnt been unblocked can this be explained please. Many thanks.
Decline reason:
Request to unblock denied, obviously - you probably placed the response that you were unblocked on your talk page yourself. Hint: an unregistered user cannot unblock you. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 10:36, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Hot20024. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Hot20024~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
