Ways to improve Ashish Thomas (pastor)

[edit]

Hi, I'm Rosguill. Hopeingod2018, thanks for creating Ashish Thomas (pastor)!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please add citations next to claims, not at the end of the article. Additionally, several of the citations do not appear to be relevant to the subject of Ahish Thomas, and some of the content appears to violate Wikipedia's policy on original research.

Additionally, the article is not worded as neutrally as it could be (see WP:NEUTRAL).

The article's subject may not meet the Wikipedia notability guidelines for biographies. In order to prevent this article from being deleted, add more references to reliable sources that are unaffiliated with Ashish Thomas and discuss him in depth.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Conflict of Interest warning

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Hopeingod2018. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Rosguilltalk 05:09, 5 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sir other than the fact that I am a Christian and resides in UAE I have no monetary benefits at all.

Hello, Hopeingod2018. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Ashish Thomas (pastor), for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.
