Hey man, thanks, but it actually wasn't me that did the cleanup =D That honour goes to 72.92.186.236! Fin© 21:39, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

article cleanup

[edit]

nice job on doing the article cleanups as they are well needed, although you should leave some time after you tag the articles for people to integrate the material into the article in some other way as opposed to just straight up removing it as that just seems to cause conflict. tagging the articles should be sufficient enough and after time has been given to fix then things can be removed Grande13 20:15, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. You are quite correct, I used a heavy hand that, in retrospect, was not the best approach. I'm trying to revive the Family Guy Wikiproject. It seems rather inactive, its 2 members having last posted any activity on the wiki 4 months and 10 months ago. Any help, advice, pointers, etc... would be most welcome. Thanks again. maybe you should focus your efforts on other areas of wikipedia that are in more need of help, as doing shows heavy in pop culture such as family guy isnt that productive. If you're able to fix up a lot of other things first and use those as examples for family guy your arguments would be more convincing. Family guy isnt the only section that needs help...there are literally thousands, so you should put forward your efforts to where editing is productive 68.72.141.190 21:36, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Family Guy

[edit]

Dude, until the dispute on Meet the Quagmires is resolved, don't fuck with other Family Guy articles. Please. We don't need any more edit wars. C1k3 06:07, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for encouraging the cleanup of the once-maligned article. However, you may want to watch that article again: I've had to twice revert shady edits of dubious verifiability by a few IP users(such edits that caused me to put a {{totally-disputed}} in the first place). I'm not ruling out alerting administration... Ranma9617 01:45, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
