[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --HistoryofIran (talk) 14:05, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
- Hi!
- I am not in a "edit war". I have stated the Swedish minister Romina pourmokthari is of Azerbaijani descent which seems irritate some users. She stated in a recently made Swedish podcast about her family and relatives in Azerbaijan. Her father is of Azerbaijani descent while the mother is unknown (probably same Azerbaijani from iran). I have stated the references and in a few days more news about her Azerbaijani descent will come and the wikipedia-user that is obsessed with history revisionism will lose credibility. The wikipedia page must be changed into the original version where her Azerbaijani origins are mentioned. Same kind of users tried write her fathers original hometown as Mahabad which later was verified as false. Her Azerbaijani father left iran because of his views of the regime. - Thank you for the advice.
- As a matter of her personal life and the section that entails it, her (Romina Pourmokthari) Azerbaijani ethnicity will be mentioned in that section. The pages of Wikipedia-policy you have sent is the guidelines that I use and respect. However the wikipedia-user Louis-Aragon and like-minded users which seems to be irritated by the fact that she is Azerbaijani, have been going against wikipedia-guidlines and have stared a so called "edit war". No matter what kind of biased views and interest historical revisionist have, this topic will been soon concluded and her Azerbaijani ethnicity will be mentioned, fortunately this is not a topic like whether some alleged king in a country is of some specific ehtnicity/tribe. In a few days this matter will be clarified and concluded. HistoricalFactCheckX (talk) 14:31, 19 October 2022 (UTC)

Restricted topics
[edit]Hi. See WP:GS/AA as several Armenia and Azerbaijan related topics are under an extended confirmed restriction. You are not allowed to edit these topics as you’re not an extended confirmed user. Vanezi (talk) 08:45, 5 July 2024 (UTC)
- Hi/Barev Vanezi.
- Thank you for informing the guidelines for contentious topics such as Armenia and Azerbaijan as well as the restrictions that come with it.
- It has come to my attention that you have edited some sections of the Amaras Monastery and deleted the Azerbaijani language name note it had with it. The wording used to describe the Azerbaijani viewpoint does not represent the norms of objective narrations nor does generate positive outcomes for the current restrictions put on Armenia/Azerbaijan. The church/monastery is the heritage of Caucasian Albania hence Azerbaijan, (the name Azerbaijan was chosen as the official name of the country in 1918).
- There have been several edits among villages and towns of Azerbaijan within the Karabakh economic region, with the reference to "Nagorno-Karabakh"
- If a Russian language site wants to describe the mountainous parts of Karabakh then it does not contain any error nor does convey any kind of irredentist claims. However, putting "Nagorno" into the name of every village and town within the Karabakh Economic Region, does not reflect reality in any case nor does it contribute to the ongoing restrictions of Armenia and Azerbaijan, which were mentioned earlier.
