[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Alonso de Herrera, from its old location at User:Historian1208/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Nathan2055talk - contribs 20:52, 27 May 2021 (UTC)

Devonian Wombat (talk) 13:05, 28 May 2021 (UTC)Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Historian1208. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Bauer Kompressoren, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Longhair\talk 05:36, 7 August 2021 (UTC)
- Dear Longhair, thank you for your message. Although I have professional contacts with the Bauer Kompressoren company, it was not my intention to write a promotional article, but to adhere to Wikipedia's quality standards. Thus, I was very concerned about objectivity and correct documentation when writing the article. Nevertheless, I will revise the article again to ensure that the language and the content is as neutral as possible. I will also shorten it, especially in the history section, which now also seems too long to me. I hope that I can help to improve the article with this and I hope I can dispel your doubts about my impartiality. With best regards, Historian1208 (talk) 10:54, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
- As per the information provided directly above your reply, it is advised that editors with a conflict of interest DO NOT edit articles directly but instead propose article changes via edit requests at the article talk page. Please take the time to read over the information provided and continue to request edits rather than edit the Bauer Kompressoren directly thanks. -- Longhair\talk 10:57, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
The article Globalgeschichte/Global History has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable journal. Not indexed in any selective databases, no independent sources. Does not meet WP:NJournals or WP:GNG. Probably a case of WP:TOOSOON.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Randykitty (talk) 11:19, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
