Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you.

[edit]I also ask that you discuss such edits as you made at Mount Everest on the talk page first.
Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Mount Everest. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. --RacerX11 Talk to meStalk me 14:31, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
Swaminarayan Removal
[edit]Please provide verification then. If you have read it in a book published by WP:Citing_sources - something that follows this! Is it possible to prove this "he did a painful meditation for penance by standing only on his left foot for about two and half months." (And that is proving it from a scholarly article or non-Swaminarayan source). In addition to that, the link you provide is not a major branch of the religion. A lot of the information in that link is biased.
Please practice editing in WP:Sandbox. You seem to be messing up the HTML coding on the page as well. All in all, your edits are not helping. Please refrain from editing. This your second incidence of disruptive editing. Please use the talk pages before adding the information. If consensus (other editors agree with you) then it can be added. That's how Wikipedia works. The World 16:56, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you.
