Please read WP:NPOV. Please don't add your personal opinion into articles. Plus, is there really tundra in Venezuela? Woogee (talk) 00:47, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You can't have tundra on top of a mountain.

  • According to the Köppen Climate Classification, you can. Please READ:

"ET (Tundra Climate) is also found at high elevations outside the polar regions, above the tree line". [[1]]

READ the Venezuela spanish page about Climate (if you can read spanish, of course): "Frío de Alta Montaña (E) — Las temperaturas oscilan entre menos de 0 y 10 °C. El clima de Tundra (ET) se aprecia en los páramos, a 2.800 msnm, en Apartaderos y el Pico El Águila. El clima helado de alta montaña (EF) se reserva a las más altas cumbres de los Andes venezolanos, como son los Picos Bonpland, La Concha, Humboldt y Bolívar." [[2]]

And to use expressions like the blood shed by the heroes of is POV. Woogee (talk) 05:19, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide reliable sources which refer to the biozones of Venezuela as tundra. Woogee (talk) 05:22, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Are you venezuelan? Do you speak spanish? Well, if you speak spanish read this wikipedia page about the venezuelan flag: [3]
  1.    Amarillo: representa las riquezas del territorio.
  2.    Azul: representa el mar y el cielo .
  3.    Rojo: representa la sangre derramada por los patriotas en la Independencia.

I'll read this in english for you: RED, for the blood shed by the heroes of independence.

Re: Help

[edit]

Hello, I would like to talk with you about an article I'm trying to add relevant information to, but my work is being deleted at a stroke. Thank you

  • Is the article the one on Guayana?...BTW, I am writing a novel and Ciudad Guayana is mentioned in it! :) Happy Holidays! Antonio Pelele Martin platiquemos 06:39, 26 December 2012, or 4 days after the world was over (UTC)
    • Hello again, do you know spanish, right? Yes, it's the article about Guayana Esequiba. I have been writing on it but nobody else understand spanish and they think what I'm writing is non-neutral. The problem is that they only can take into consideration the sources in english, not in spanish. Thus, an article of this kind written only based on english sources will be biased anyway. Let's keep talking, I'm not very used to Wikipedia but I'm eager to contribute. My email is aula20encore@gmail.com Thanks. --Hiddendaemian (talk) 06:39, 26 December 2012
      • Seguro que si! Are you Venezuelan? Im Puerto Rican. The non=point of view (neutral) thing is taken very seriously here. I see your point through. Im gonna see what I can do. Anyways, I never went to Venezuela but remember having a bit of a connection as a child living in Puerto Rico, having witnessed Viasa planes landing at the airport many times, and watched Los Chamos movies and Nina Bonita and all. Good times! I might send you the portion of my novela where Venezuela is included and ask you to correct me if Im wrong about my info there, ok? God bless! Antonio novio de Rudy Rodriguez (I wish!!) You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
