Fairfax Radio Network merger with Macquarie Radio Network

I have updated 2UE & 2GB re the merger of Fairfax Radio Network with Macquarie Radio Network, where I see you updated on the same topic. Particularly I came across this, and updated in regards to, the closure of the 2UE news room, and its news team merger with 2GBs. Perhaps you could take a look to ensure I've got it right?
