First Thank you for your response. Secondly, I am having a problem on a deleted page i put in :
1. The first part of the problem is that it was hard for me to do i am an internals programmer and C C++ programmer (or was retired) so my entry in Wikipedia for my friend may not have been initially the best i was trying to follow the format. I need help or someone who can take a simple page on a person and put it up.
2. the next thing is a person by the name of "Spellcaster" zapped the page without even doing the proper searching: I was not yet done with the page and had to leave on a business trip without Computer, so did not have time to put in everything that was about Wallace. But i did put in enough and on the talk page for someone to research and see that this person was Noteable.
The page was:
- Hi! I noticed your help request, and decided to take a look. I'm an administrator, so can see the deleted page, and I must admit, the article that was written did appear as an advertisement, or at least it was not written from a neutral point of view. If you want the deletion to be overturned, and the page restored, then deletion review is the place to request it. I hope I have been of some assistance. - He copy-pasted the article AND AfD discussion. I removed it. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 18:06, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

{{helpme}}
I have put it up under deletion review: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_review/Log/2008_May_18#Wallace_Collins.2C_Esq.
i do not know what else to do and i am not aware of how to write it then so that it does not sound like a PR Piece or commercial. I did not mean it to be so.

- If the page is undeleted, I'll help you. See WP:YFA and WP:NPOV for tips on writing a good neutral article. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 18:07, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Did i at least put it in Deletion Review correctly ? --Hermit711 (talk) 18:17, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yes. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 18:26, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
How do i get these people to see The "Whoomp there it is" Case which i believe i provided links for in the original article was Notable it made case Law on Sampling in copyright and that was not the only one, and maybe his music group was not wonderful by todays standards but then it was covered and He would not be the Only 1 hit wonder covered in Wikipedia. --Hermit711 (talk) 18:45, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Hermit711 - An admin should be able to give you a copy of the article. I'm not one, but I did ask Stwalkerer on his talk page if he would create a copy for you. Your best approach is to work with Ten Pound Hammer to improve the article under your user page before submitting again. When I tagged it for speedy deletion, the article did not make any reference to having made case law, and there were no sources beyond the individuals own web page. I don't know if that changed after that, but if I understand your messages correctly it may have done. The references you use should be verifiable and from reliable sources, self-published sources generally aren't, but Ten Pound Hammer can probably explain that better to you. Lastly I'd just like to say that comments like "i am not afraid to say things in public and hide behind a userid" such as you left on my talk page are not helpful in making your case. Good luck with your article. --Deadly∀ssassin 20:31, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Done. Most recent version has been restored to User:Hermit711/Wallace Collins, Esq. :) Stwalkerster [ talk ] 21:47, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Thank you all again i have been feeling like i have been living in a Catch 22 with everything not just this so i really do appreciate the help. And i do hope that Ten Pound Hammer can help me make it better. --Hermit711 (talk) 22:22, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
If i understand this no one can see this yet so i should not make it seeable until it is more complete ? How do i work on it safely without causing problems ?--Hermit711 (talk) 22:24, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- No problems as it is. People can see it if they know where to look, but it can't be searched (well not easily) when you are happy with it you can move it to the main space (or ask for help and someone will do it for you). For now you can edit away until you are happy with it. --Deadly∀ssassin 06:38, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Re: Wallace Collins, Esq. Deletion
[edit]Hi, it was deleted because that was consensus in the AfD. A person should be significantly covered in reliable sources that aren't just passing mentions. I recommend reading Wikipedia:Notability, which explains it pretty well. Thanks, Spellcast (talk) 09:58, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
I added some Information to the Fleetwood Mac Rumours Alblum Page.
[edit], in later years she would comment to Scott Muni and others in On-Air interviews that, "I will never do that song live again". This may have been the reason in later Remasters of Rumours "Songbird was moved to the B side
This was added in the Music section under Side 1. As an Explaination as to why in later year on Remasters of this Landmark Record this song in particular was moved to the "B" side.
