Welcome!
Hello, Henry.pearson, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- How to create your first article (using the Article Wizard if you wish)
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}}
before the question. Again, welcome!
Take a read at the articles above, whilst a lot of the input to the Ocean article is potentially valuable you need to work on style, sourcing and structure.

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article HMS Bulwark (L15), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This is particularly important when adding or changing any facts or figures and helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -MBK004 01:33, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
- Please note that personal observations are Original Research and are explicitly not allowed here on Wikipedia. The information must come from a reliable print/media source. Also, the reference you have provided on Ocean fails our verifiability policy. To put this as simply as I can, your additions cannot be allowed to stand per our policies and hence will be removed every time. Please comply with our content policies. -MBK004 21:37, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:14, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
