Hi Guy, have you had a look at the CC tag at the source URL I provided? Is it the wrong CC tag for this particular use? I was pretty sure that that the CC tag used there does allow non-commercial reuse. The reason Wikipedia cannot accept CC Noncommercial images is here: Wikipedia:Reusing Wikipedia content and Wikipedia:Buying Wikipedia articles in print or another form Having any CC Noncommercial images would mean that the uses that those two pages allow would be forbidden.

When I get a moment of free time (on a hot project right now) I am going to find the author and ask them to license it in a way that is compatible with Wikipdia (CC Attribution-ShareAlike or Public Domain).
