License tagging for Image:Dodger 10 by IamGerrit.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Dodger 10 by IamGerrit.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:06, 18 June 2006 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. An article you recently created, Pac-van, has been tagged for speedy deletion because its content is clearly written to promote a company, product, or service. This article may have been deleted by the time you see this message. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an advertising service. Thank you. Stezton 15:18, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
Do not remove templates without reason as you did on Dodger (band). Caknuck 21:31, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. [1] --Ronz (talk) 23:14, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

[edit]This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to List of neighbourhoods in Toronto, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. {{unblock|Your reason here}}
below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Alexf(talk) 04:23, 10 December 2009 (UTC)HendyMusic (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Hello, I understand that I have been blocked from editing the Toronto Neighbourhoods page. I had simply added a link to a page that had largest and most comprehensive list of neighbourhoods that I had found and was split nicely into four maps. I was not "link spamming" as it says here. I feel that the link I added to the Toronto Neighbourhood wiki enhanced the information and provided an even more thorough list of the neighbourhoods than is currently on the wiki entry. If you feel it is still "link spamming" I would be happy to comply.
Decline reason:
You are not currently blocked, if you still cannot edit you need to follow these instructions. Q T C 06:00, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
File:Kevin-oshea-danny-oshea.jpg missing description details

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.
If you have any questions, please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Theo's Little Bot (error?) 09:03, 14 April 2013 (UTC)
