Regarding Talk:Gibbard–Satterthwaite_theorem, is there something written on that? My gut tells me that random selection wouldn't make any significant change and that the system you describe still falls afoul of condition #3. CRETOG8(t/c) 17:18, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
