Thanks for the message. It was my very first time using wikipedia, and i am creating this page for my friend's company, and sorry for the violation. We have already requested copyright permission by sending the Email. Is this the right thing for me to do at this moment?

Hi Heidiyin! No problem. As a general rule, you should not use copyrighted material on Wikipedia. Check the guideline about it on Wikipedia:Non-free content. It is always better to rephrase the information and put it in an encyclopedic tone. You should also check that the article you are submitting complies with the notability guidelines (you can find the relevant guideline about companies here: Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)).
