Cruise missiles
Hi,
I didn't want to complicate the discussion at [1] but I'd argue that a "cruise missile" is an aircraft capable of navigating autonomously and intended to impact its target. As such, it is both a missile and an aircraft. Was the Japanese manned Oka "Kamikaze" suicide bomber not an aircraft, despite its lack of landing gear? One thinks too of the German Mistel composites of WW II - the payload craft was an adapted bomber plane, surely still an aircraft for all that it was now an explosives-filled robot. — Cheers, Steelpillow (Talk) 19:53, 8 October 2012 (UTC)
POV Pushing and Synthesis of Material
This edit and this edit are both severely POV as well as violations of WP:SYNTH. I find it somewhat disturbing that the only thing you took from either article was an attempt to criticize the BLP subject by interjecting original research not exlipicity stated in either article. The Suicide edit was particularly troublesome because you state that he was actively against any program that would reduce sucides as if his goal was to increase suicides! No where in that source was there any indication that this was his goal. The out of context presentation that you made would make those that write shady political attack ads proud. - The source indicated the effect of Inhofe's actions. What other result should he have expected from them? Hcobb (talk) 19:03, 8 October 2012 (UTC)
- You wish to state emphatically imply that the possible effects were the intention of Inhofe. Inhofe's problem was of a larger point than the possible effects, he even said as much. You do a great disservice to WP by inserting information in the manner that you did. Arzel (talk) 20:09, 8 October 2012 (UTC)
Again! In your recent edit to the MR political position article you mis-represent the source. If you cannot make these edits without inserting your own little bit of POV I suggest you stay away from the articles. It has reached the point where I cannot trust that your edit is truthful to the source. Furthmore, please do not use opinion pieces for factual policy positions of individuals. Arzel (talk) 16:18, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
- But Romney said explicitly that government would pay for care who didn't have insurance. Must everything be a direct quote? Hcobb (talk) 18:16, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
Don't
Edit summaries such as the one you left here are tremendously inappropriate. Please do not insert such inappropriate (and WP:OR) commentary again in the future (✉→BWilkins←✎) 14:36, 28 October 2012 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 30
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Microsoft Surface, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Outsourced (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
